Authorities to use creatively a wide range of innovative and integrated
broadband technologies. The company seeks to promote higher standards
of teaching and learning by supporting the effective use of ICT.
The Northern Grid supports schools’ successes in delivering
elements within the Government’s key strategy,
“Harnessing Technology”. It also works proactively with

Why
the Northern Grid is supporting Skills For Success?
The Northern Grid understands the financial constraints with which
many schools are working. We
understand the important role that specialised educational software
plays in the learning and teaching
environment. The Northern Grid has spent the last four months in discussions
with Skills for Success
negotiating affordable pricing, enhancing the software and, therefore,
making high quality teaching aids
available and affordable to ALL Schools.
